How will Incego help my company work with more distributors?

This is done in three ways:

1. We’ll enable a crowd of businesses and individuals to pool resources to form your large ad budget to buy choice ad spots on Google.
2. We’ll run Google Adwords campaigns to get the attention of distributors.
3. We’ll run an enterprise-class collaborative ecommerce store to introduce your products and distributor programs to distributors. 

Will existing distributors benefit from what Incego will do for my company?

Yes!  Existing distributors can get their free Incego Contributor account and contribute money to help advertise your products.  Because most distributors do not carry any particular manufacturer’s complete product line, by contributing to your programs they will earn revenue from new products.  Distributors that operate within localize territories will also be able to earn revenue from the new geographic territories of your programs. 

Does Incego charge a monthly fee?

No.

Will we need to ship orders directly to end-users?

We understand that some manufacturers are not setup to ship to end-users.  For that reason, we have partnered with Shipwire, a 3rd party logistic service provider.  Shipwire has a global network of warehouses that can inventory and ship orders for our manufacturers.  For a complete description and rates, please go directly to www.shipwire.com.

Is the collaborative ecommerce store designed to take distributor orders?

No.  The purpose of the collaborative ecommerce store is to introduce your products to distributors and take end-user orders.

Can we stop using Incego at anytime?

Yes. We want to earn your business each and every month. You can cancel your account at anytime.

Why won’t your collaborative ecommerce store alienate distributors?

Three reasons:

1. You will pay commissions on each and every order that is generated by the ecommerce store.
2. The ecommerce store will be operated by a neutral company, Incego.
3. Distributors will come to see your demand generation programs as cost-effective ways to earn money from product line they do not carry and from territories they do not currently sell into.
   

My company already has an ecommerce store, can we still use Incego?

Manufacturers that are already selling direct are discouraged from using Incego.

Who handles end-user payments on the collaborative ecommerce store?

Orders placed through your collaborative ecommerce store will be charged using our Paypal Website Payments Pro account. This reduces your need to manage your own payment gateway and merchant bank while enabling you to lower your per-transaction fees.  Our discount rate already includes Paypal fees.

How are contributor reward calculated?

Incego appropriates reward to contributors based on the actual dollar amounts they contributed.
As an example, let's assume a manufacturer pays 40% commissions, and there are three participating contributors - contributor A contributes $20, contributor B contributes $30 and contributor C contributes $50, for a total daily ad budget of $100. So for an order of $400, the total payout would be $160 (40% of $400) and Incego would appropriate the payout as follows:

• Contributor B contributes $30 or 30% of total daily ad budget
• Contributor C contributes $50 or 50% of total daily ad budget

• Contributor A: $160 x .2 = $32
• Contributor B: $160 x .3 = $48
• Contributor C: $160 x .5 = $80
  

How does Incego decide which contributors get rewarded for orders?

Every night Incego pulls in the day's orders from collaborative ecommerce stores and uses end-user geographic locations and the products on the orders to form a match with demand generation programs created by manufacturers in Incego.

In Incego, a manufacturer's product can be associated to multiple programs, as long as those programs do not have overlapping geographic territories. This guarantees any geographic location and product combination can only be matched to one program, and once this match is made Incego pays commissions to the crowd that contributed money to that program that day.

How are contributors paid?

Revenue from orders is automatically credited to contributor accounts and contributors can cash out by requesting a check to be sent.

Who answers end-consumer questions?

Incego customer service reps answers order related inquiries while manufacturers answer product related inquiries.
